Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

  • We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your
    order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at
    houseofiraayaglam@gmail.com with your order details & reason for the
    return.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
    • The item is defective or damaged
    • You received the wrong product
  • Important: Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered for
    replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Bank or card processing times may vary.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us.
    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
    • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will follow the refund timeline
      mentioned above.
